We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our company. The CAD Drafter will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into precise technical drawings and models. Working closely with our client design and client fabrication teams the CAD Drafter will ensure that all designs meet client specifications and manufacturing requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CAD software excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced production environment.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings of countertop designs including layout dimensions materials and specifications.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to interpret client requirements and develop accurate design proposals.
- Modify designs as necessary based on client feedback design changes or manufacturing constraints.
- Generate technical drawings and production plans for fabrication ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues before fabrication begins.
- Coordinate with production staff to communicate design requirements and provide support during the fabrication process.
- Stay updated on industry trends software advancements and best practices in CAD drafting and design.
- Assist in maintaining CAD libraries and documentation for standard designs materials and components.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent certification in drafting engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Drafter preferably in the construction manufacturing or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD SolidWorks or similar programs.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting complex designs.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with countertop materials fabrication processes and construction techniques is a plus.

Duties/ Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the monitoring portals Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
