We are seeking a motivated and qualified Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in our CRM implementation projects. This role is ideal for graduates in IT Business Marketing or related fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements leading system integrations managing CRM setups and overseeing onboarding processes to ensure successful adoption of the CRM system across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders in marketing customer service and sales to gather and analyze business requirements and challenges.
- Lead Integrations: Connect different systems and platforms to streamline processes and enhance data flow between tools.
- Design and Document Solutions: Create diagrams flowcharts and technical specifications to optimize CRM systems and ensure integration with existing tools.
- Manage CRM Setups: Configure and customize CRM systems particularly HubSpot to align with business processes and objectives.
- Oversee Onboarding: Guide and train endusers during the onboarding process to ensure effective adoption of the CRM.
- Data Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of the CRM through data analysis and propose continuous improvements like workflow automation customer segmentation and reporting enhancements.
- Provide Support: Offer postimplementation support to users to ensure optimal use of the CRM.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration Marketing Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Handson experience with CRM platforms is highly desirable especially with HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of business processes and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in process documentation flowcharts and technical specifications.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to design effective solutions.
- Proficiency with office tools (MS Office Suite) and CRM software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
