Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Next.js Developer with 35 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building performant scalable and SEOfriendly applications using Next.js. This role requires strong knowledge of modern frontend development practices a keen eye for UI/UX and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Next.js Development: Build test and maintain highly responsive scalable web applications using Next.js and React. Develop features such as serverside rendering static site generation and API routes to improve performance and SEO.
- FrontEnd Architecture and Design: Implement reusable responsive and modular UI components with Next.js and React best practices.Translate design wireframes and mockups into highquality performant code.
- API Integration: Work with RESTful APIs and GraphQL to integrate data and functionality into frontend applications. Optimize API calls and manage state effectively using libraries such as Redux React Query or similar.
- Performance Optimization and SEO: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability ensuring an excellent user experience. Implement SEO best practices within Next.js including meta tags structured data and page speed optimizations.
- Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and conduct integration tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability. Debug and resolve performance issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with product managers UI/UX designers and backend developers to define project requirements and deliverables. Maintain detailed documentation for code workflows and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 35 years of experience as a frontend or fullstack developer with at least 2 years focused on Next.js and React.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Next.js and React.
- Experience with frontend development tools like Webpack Babel and NPM/Yarn.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 and CSS3.
- Familiarity with headless CMSs (such as Contentful Sanity or Strapi) is a plus.
