Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Community Manager to lead and grow our online community. If you have successfully built and managed active communities on platforms like WhatsApp Telegram Discord Slack or Reddit wed love to hear from you!
What Youll Do
- You will plan and run activities to make the Draftly community more active and connected.
- You will create and share content that interests and supports our community members.
- You will moderate discussions answer questions and keep the community positive and friendly.
- You will host virtual events like Q&A sessions and fun activities to engage the community.
- You will work with other teams to ensure community activities align with the companys goals.
- You will measure and track how the community is growing and engaging.
- You will identify and support community ambassadors and active members.
- You will stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in managing online communities.
Requirements
- Someone with at least 1 year of experience managing online communities on platforms like WhatsApp Telegram Discord Slack or Reddit.
- A proven track record of growing and engaging online communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong skills in creating content like posts graphics or videos.
- Experience using community tools and tracking metrics.
- Someone who can work independently and with a team in a fastpaced environment.
- A passion for building connections and relationships within the community.
- Familiarity with Draftlys products and audience is a bonus.

You've at least 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a project manager. Bonus if you've worked on building SaaS products/projects. You've excellent know-how of software systems. You ve great communication skills (verbal and written). You re driven enough to build processes that scale up. You have a clear understanding of agile development methodology. You can combine technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners You are seeking a full-time engagement and are not distracted by freelancing / personal projects.
