For Road Rescue youll continuously refine our ecommerce platform infusing it with customerspecific messaging and professional design that speaks directly to our audiences needs. Collaborating with our retail channel managers and representative agencies youll optimize our presence with retail distributors and thirdparty ecommerce platforms like HomeDepot.com. Your strategic vision will bring impactful instore pointofpurchase materials to life enhancing our brands visibility and allure.
Simultaneously youll weave compelling narratives for RockAsphalt crafting personaspecific messaging that resonates with government and contractor clients throughout their journey with us. We are looking for a resultsdriven Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our Road Rescue brand by expanding our retail distributor network and boosting online sales through our eCommerce platform. You ll be responsible for managing marketing efforts across multiple channels digital ads email social media and content creation while working closely with our sales team to align strategies and drive results. In this handson role you ll optimize campaigns run A/B tests improve website performance and analyze data to enhance customer engagement. Requirements
Extensive Marketing Experience: Minimum of 710 years in marketing with a strong background in both B2B and B2C environments particularly within retail and distribution models.
Branding and Storytelling Expertise: Proven ability to craft and refine brand positioning and messaging developing compelling narratives that resonate with customers and reflect our mission.
Lead Generation and Traffic Growth Success: Demonstrated track record of driving lead generation and increasing organic traffic through strategic marketing initiatives.
Content Creation Skills: Extensive experience in creating highquality marketing content including case studies training materials instore pointofpurchase materials and customer personaspecific messaging.
Proficiency with Marketing Tools: Advanced proficiency with CRM systems analytics tools marketing automation platforms and A/B testing tools.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that leverage synergies between multiple brands while maintaining their unique identities.
Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience managing internal staff and external partners fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages excellence.
