Our client a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences is looking for a " Service Support Specialist ".
Overview:
This role supports the Operations team by managing backoffice functions related to customer field support and case management. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues resolving system problems and assembling documentation to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reporting support and monitor field rosters.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and business documentation.
- Act as the primary contact for escalated issues serving as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct audits for quality control identify errors make corrections and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in special projects requiring business expertise.
Qualifications:
- Required: Associate s degree with 1 year of experience problemsolving skills organization multitasking communication skills and intermediate computer proficiency.
- Preferred: Bachelor s degree in business finance accounting or supply chain; experience with SAP and Salesforce; advanced skills in data entry Google Apps MS Office and customer serviceoriented skills.
