What Were Looking For:
- Experienced professionals with at least 5 years of work history in business coaching or corporate roles.
- A deep understanding of business success coaching and the ability to mentor and support others in their professional growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication skills especially for leading virtual meetings and consultations on platforms like Zoom.
- Selfdriven and motivated individuals who excel in a performancebased environment.
What Youll Do:
- Participate in weekly training and development sessions to stay at the forefront of business and personal growth.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract leads and clients through various social media platforms.
- Conduct structured interviews and followup appointments with potential clients offering insights based on your coaching expertise.
- Mentor clients and offer guidance through oneonone coaching sessions and group Q&As.
- Build and strengthen your online presence using innovative and effective marketing strategies.
