Job Description

Job Title: PrePrimary Teacher (Parttime / Fulltime)

Location: Hyderabad Nellore (Andhra Pradesh)

Job Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and creative PrePrimary Teacher to join our team at one of our multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing the early educational and developmental growth of young children through engaging activities and structured learning. If you are passionate about early childhood education and have a background in Montessori or ECCE training we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver Engaging Lessons: Facilitate fun and educational activities that promote the intellectual social and emotional development of children in the early stages of learning.
  2. Create a Nurturing Environment: Establish a warm and supportive learning environment where children feel comfortable and motivated to participate.
  3. Lesson Planning: Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans that focus on early literacy numeracy and creative development while keeping in mind individual learning needs.
  4. Child Development Monitoring: Observe and assess children s progress regularly providing constructive feedback to parents and caregivers.
  5. Classroom Management: Manage the classroom effectively ensuring that children are engaged safe and following routines.
  6. Handson Activities: Incorporate playbased and sensory learning activities to promote holistic development including motor skills communication and social interaction.
  7. Communication with Parents: Maintain open lines of communication with parents sharing updates on children s progress achievements and any areas of concern.
  8. Collaboration with Colleagues: Work alongside other educators and school staff to maintain a cohesive learning environment and participate in school events and activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) or Montessori trained.
  2. Experience: Prior experience (12 years) in teaching preprimary students is preferred but freshers with the right qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  3. Passion for Early Education: Must have a strong desire to work with young children helping to shape their early educational experience.
  4. Creativity and Adaptability: Ability to design interactive and playful lessons that cater to the interests and developmental stages of young learners.
  5. Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in communicating with both young children and their parents along with strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and execute lessons maintain classroom order and track the progress of each child.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of early childhood developmental milestones.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • A friendly patient and caring disposition to support childrens emotional wellbeing.

Work Schedule:

  • Parttime: Salary: 18000 per month.
  • Fulltime: Salary: 22000 per month.
