We are looking for a dedicated People & Culture Specialist to join our team and help drive a positive and engaging workplace environment. This role is essential in supporting our peoples strategies enhancing employee experience and fostering a culture that reflects our values. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people management and culture development with a strong understanding of HR practices.
Experience & Education:
34 years of relevant experience
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Role & Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement including surveys feedback sessions and recognition programs.
Culture Development: Advocate for and promote the company s core values ensuring they are embedded in all aspects of the employee experience.
Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent and create a seamless onboarding experience that reflects our culture.
Learning & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate programs that support employee growth career development and skills enhancement.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives ensuring all employees feel valued and respected within the workplace.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive workplace environment.
Must have Skills:
A mindset and a passion to create a positive employee experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Experience with organizing events and teambuilding activities.
Strong understanding of employee engagement theories and practices.
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
