Job Description

Description:

We are looking for a dedicated People & Culture Specialist to join our team and help drive a positive and engaging workplace environment. This role is essential in supporting our peoples strategies enhancing employee experience and fostering a culture that reflects our values. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people management and culture development with a strong understanding of HR practices.


Experience & Education:

  • 34 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement including surveys feedback sessions and recognition programs.

  • Culture Development: Advocate for and promote the company s core values ensuring they are embedded in all aspects of the employee experience.

  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent and create a seamless onboarding experience that reflects our culture.

  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate programs that support employee growth career development and skills enhancement.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives ensuring all employees feel valued and respected within the workplace.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive workplace environment.




Requirements

Must have Skills:

  • A mindset and a passion to create a positive employee experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Experience with organizing events and teambuilding activities.

  • Strong understanding of employee engagement theories and practices.

  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • 100% onsite role

  • Education criteria is not strict
