Job Description
- Equipment operational malfunction related to automation devices.
- Batch related data inconsistency between OITs and database (virtual server).
- Batch report with incorrect data or missing data.
- Incorrect data values resulting from PLC restore process.
- HMI applications unresponsive.
- Communication between PLC and field devices.
- Implement changes in programming (SCADA or PLC).
- Troubleshoot printing report issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge in HMI Software (AVEVA Archestra Galaxy AVEVA Intouch Window Maker and Viewer GE iFix Siemens SIMATIC Win CC).
- Knowledge PLC Software (Rockwell Logix/Studio 500 Device Net RS Logix 500 Factory Talk View Studio ME Connected Component Workbench Siemens Step 7 Siemens TIA portal)
- Experience in SCAD Integration with PLC and Smart Instruments.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Bachelor in Engineering or Sciences At least five years or experience with regulated industries Bilingual (Spanish/English)(Written and spoke) Exposure to regulated industries Technical writing
