Job Description

Automation Software Programmer with experience in the regulatory industry. To perform troubleshooting of programs for SCADA/PLC and interfaces such as OITs/HMIs systems to assess the following conditions:

  1. Equipment operational malfunction related to automation devices.
  2. Batch related data inconsistency between OITs and database (virtual server).
  3. Batch report with incorrect data or missing data.
  4. Incorrect data values resulting from PLC restore process.
  5. HMI applications unresponsive.
  6. Communication between PLC and field devices.
  7. Implement changes in programming (SCADA or PLC).
  8. Troubleshoot printing report issues.


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
  • Knowledge in HMI Software (AVEVA Archestra Galaxy AVEVA Intouch Window Maker and Viewer GE iFix Siemens SIMATIC Win CC).
  • Knowledge PLC Software (Rockwell Logix/Studio 500 Device Net RS Logix 500 Factory Talk View Studio ME Connected Component Workbench Siemens Step 7 Siemens TIA portal)
  • Experience in SCAD Integration with PLC and Smart Instruments.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)


Bachelor in Engineering or Sciences At least five years or experience with regulated industries Bilingual (Spanish/English)(Written and spoke) Exposure to regulated industries Technical writing
