Job Description
ILC Africa is looking for two Junior Fellows to join the organization remotely in a fulltime or parttime capacity. The Junior Fellows will be responsible for:
- Supporting project implementation monitoring and outreach activities
- Contributing to the development of proposals reports and deliverables for submission to donors and clients
- Supporting information management and the organization of project records
- Drafting and disseminating key messages on social media and other online platforms
- Participating in internal and external meetings as needed
Applicant requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Management International Relations International Development Business Administration Marketing or other relevant fields
- Minimum 1 year of work experience (may be waived if currently pursuing a Postgraduate/Masters degree)
- Superior writing skills with capabilities/confidence to draft report summaries and proposal/grant sections using compelling language
- Strong organizational skills and proactive work ethic
