Job Description
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Oversee the inspection and testing of materials and finished products
- Analyze quality control data to identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor quality control staff
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in quality control management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Indepth knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Certification in quality control is a plus
Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
Education
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
