We are looking for a Tandoor Chef for our Indian food operations.
Shall be responsible for managing his or her section.
Shall be responsible for butchery marination and production of kebab and breads.
Shall ensure miseenplace is done on time.
Shall be responsible for preparation of food as per recipes.
Shall be responsible for closing the kitchen after shift.
Shall be responsible for maintaining food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Requirements
Shall have worked Tandoor Chef in a restaurant or equivalent in a restaurant.
Shall be proficient in operation of Tandoor.
Shall have prior work experience.
