Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customeroriented Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products answer questions and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a persuasive attitude and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Present and explain products effectively tailoring the message to meet customer needs and objections.
- Identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound cold calling.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Record customer information and sales outcomes in the company CRM.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company s products services and promotions.
- Address customer questions handle objections and provide solutions to resolve customer concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into active customers.
- Adhere to scripts and guidelines while also adapting to each customer s needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong communication negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

- Familiarity with the products or industry related to the telesales role.
