Role Description
In this role youll provide strategic insights and motivation to clients helping them overcome obstacles and pursue their ambitions. As a Business Coach you will have complete autonomy in choosing your clients work location and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote coaching sessions with clients focusing on personalized goalsetting leadership and business strategy.
- Develop individualized action plans to guide clients in personal and professional growth.
- Participate in (3) weekly training and development calls.
- Implement online marketing strategies to engage potential clients (training provided).
- Foster supportive trustbased client relationships that empower confidence and resilience.
- Engage in continuous personal and professional growth.
Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in business coaching consulting or leadership.
- Strong understanding of business strategy personal development and team dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Selfdriven resultsoriented approach.
Compensation: This is a commissionbased role with earnings based on individual performance.
