Job Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will lead design projects from concept to completion ensuring highquality visual communication that aligns with our brand identity. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create compelling graphics for various platforms including digital print and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for marketing materials including brochures advertisements social media graphics and web content.
- Lead design projects ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with marketing product and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends design techniques and software updates.
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and enhance brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing and knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software.
