Note: This position is hybrid however it is discretionary and the office location is in Bradenton Florida.
Note: The salary range reflects potential bonuses with the base salary determined by experience.

Job Description:
- Handle personal injury and civil litigation cases with a focus on personal injury
- Work on both prelitigation and litigation matters
- Participate in constructionrelated cases as needed
- Manage a caseload while meeting billable hour requirements (minimum 1650 hours/year)
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategy and client representation
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation
- Florida Bar admission required
- Strong litigation skills with the ability to handle cases from start to finish
- Experience in both prelitigation and litigation processes
