Job Description
An inclusive primary school in Southwark is seeking an inspiring and dedicated Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing highquality education and creating a welcoming engaging environment for young children.

Teaching Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative lessons that meet the needs of Reception students.
- Develop strong relationships with students ensuring they feel safe valued and motivated.
- Assess childrens progress and provide regular updates to parents.
- Collaborate with other Early Years staff to share best practices and develop effective teaching strategies.
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive classroom environment for all Reception children.
Requirements:
- PGCE or equivalent qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with Receptionaged children.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- Passion for working with young learners.
