Job Description
A thriving primary school in Richmond is looking for a committed and experienced Year 5 Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Year 5 Teacher who is keen to develop their teaching practice and contribute to the academic success of their students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering an engaging curriculum and fostering a positive inclusive environment for Year 5 learners.

Teaching Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver stimulating lessons to Year 5 students that align with the National Curriculum.
- Monitor and assess student progress providing timely feedback and setting achievable goals for Year 5 learners.
- Create an engaging classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and a love of learning.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the Year 5 curriculum is delivered effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss the progress and wellbeing of Year 5 students.
Requirements:
- PGCE or equivalent qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching Year 5 students in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
