Job Description

Are you a nurturing and creative Early Years teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to help shape the foundation of young learners educational journeys A wonderful primary school in Luton Bedfordshire is seeking an EYFS Teacher to join their team in January 2025. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and creating an engaging supportive environment for young children to thrive.

About the Role:
As an EYFS Teacher you will be responsible for creating and delivering dynamic childcentred lessons that are both fun and educational. Youll guide children through their early stages of development fostering their curiosity independence and social skills through playbased learning. Youll also ensure that each child is supported in reaching their full potential making learning accessible and enjoyable for every pupil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver highquality engaging lessons that align with the EYFS framework catering to a range of learning styles
  • Foster strong relationships with both children and their families ensuring open communication and active involvement in their childs learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall teaching approach across the school
