Job Description
We are a growing company seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Business Analyst to be our first dedicated analyst and a key player in building our tech capabilities. In this role you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analysing business processes gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications for our development team (which may include outsourced developers). This role will evolve as our company grows providing opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and leadership. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of technology excellent analytical and communication skills and a proven ability to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Elicit requirements from stakeholders through interviews workshops and document analysis.
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
- Create clear and concise documentation including functional specifications use cases and data flow diagrams.
- Solution Assessment and Validation:
- Evaluate potential technical solutions and vendors.
- Assess the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions on existing systems and processes.
- Validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders developers and project managers to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.
- Effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and resolve issues.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
- Identify and document defects and work with developers to resolve them.
- Growth and Development:
- Contribute to building and mentoring a future business analysis team as the company grows.
- Take on increased leadership responsibilities in the technical analysis area.
- Other:
- Stay uptodate on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies .
- Experience with various business analysis techniques and tools.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for technology and a desire to contribute to a growing company.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP

Job Types: Fulltime Permanent
