Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Year 4 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in High Wycombe Buckinghamshire starting in January 2025. This is the perfect role for a teacher who is passionate about delivering a highquality engaging education to children as they explore more complex learning across the curriculum.
About the Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher you will have the opportunity to lead a diverse and energetic class helping students develop their academic abilities and social skills. The role involves planning and delivering innovative lessons that encourage independent thinking problemsolving and curiosity. You will create a positive classroom environment where students feel supported and challenged to reach their full potential while also working closely with colleagues to maintain a unified approach to teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging challenging lessons that promote deep learning and mastery of the Year 4 curriculum
- Foster a classroom culture of respect inclusion and collaboration where all students feel safe to express themselves
- Regularly assess and track student progress providing tailored feedback to ensure every child is making the necessary improvements
