We are looking for a Junior Key Account Executive to support our Regional Key Account Manager in managing and growing our key client relationships. In this role you will focus on assisting with account planning organizing client visits tracking followups and maintaining accurate CRM data.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your account management skills within a supportive environment learn from experienced mentors and contribute meaningfully to our customer success initiatives.
- Develop a thorough understanding of key clients needs and maximize annual revenues from assigned accounts for equipment networks and services in line with their annual budget and company seasonality. You will visit 100% of customer sites in the designated accounts
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience. This entails developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance sales and customer retention also managing cooperative relationships within the Technogym internal team specifically sales support logistics after sales and accounts
- Improve P&L and debtor days of each account. Be prepared to advise clients on funding solutions to finance projects and internally to provide timely reliable and structured Forecasts and Pipeline Management to Sales Managers and HQs
- Salesforce Support: Manage data entry updates and reporting in our CRM to maintain clean uptodate information for all client interactions.
- Client Visit Planning: Help organize and schedule customer visits in coordination with the Regional Key Account Manager preparing briefing notes and tracking outcomes.
- Customer FollowUps: Assist in followup communication with customers tracking responses and providing support to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on trends within the fitness and wellness industry assisting in identifying potential opportunities within key accounts.
- Reporting: Contribute to monthly and quarterly sales reports assisting in performance tracking and strategic planning.
Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also downtoearth and ethical. Experience of or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.
What you should bring:
- 12 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role ideally in a B2B environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach with a positive teamoriented attitude.
