About the role
We are seeking adynamic and strategic Business Transformation Manager to lead the integrationof internal systems and processes across our organization. This pivotal roleacts as the bridge between Research & Development (R&D) and theBusiness organization ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
The idealcandidate will identify integration opportunities streamline workflows andfoster a culture of innovation and efficiency to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Systemsintegration and optimization
- Analyze internal systems to identify integration opportunities that enhance efficiency scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and optimize the use of tools and technologies.
CommunicationManagement
- Act as the main liaison between Business and R&D ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Translate business needs into actionable R&D requirements and vice versa.
- Manage communication protocols to ensure timely updates on priorities and deliverables.
Project& Change Management
- Lead crossfunctional projects to improve internal processes ensuring delivery within scope budget and timeline.
- Drive change management initiatives to integrate new practices and tools.
- Monitor project impact and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
StrategicCollaboration
- Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities through improved system integration.
- Align R&D and Business teams on product development gotomarket strategies and customer success.
- Identify and address bottlenecks fostering collaboration across departments.
Reporting& Insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track integration progress and impact.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on key metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of internal systems and processes with a proven record of successful integration and optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mediate influence and resolve conflicts.
- Expertise in project management proficient in tools like Jira Asana or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Familiarity with product development cycles and sales processes is a plus.
