Lovisa Opportunity:

The perfect opportunity for a recent graduate looking to commence their career in the Finance/Accounts department. We will coach and develop recent graduates into numerous finance areas across Lovisa including: banking occupancy accounts payable and fixed assets.

• Daily Banking Functions & reporting Daily Banking reconciliations for stores and Daily Missed banking reporting
• Weekly Cash variance reporting
• Variance investigations and leasing with Loss Prevention team
• Weekly Petty Cash expenditure reporting
• Weekly upload of bank statement into Oracle
• Weekly AP payment reconciliations in Oracle
• Monthly Gift voucher liability reconciliations and reporting
• Monthend functions & reporting
• Monthly Sales reconciliations (Futura vs. Oracle journals)
• Monthly Bank account reconciliations
• Monthly till difference journals
• Monthly cashintransit reconciliations and accounting
• Monthly Cash Clearing account reconciliations
• Monthly Centre Voucher liability reconciliations
• Monthly Turnover reporting
• Daily and weekly Sales reporting
• Backup for any other Retail reporting
• Annual Sales audit certificate preparations and reconciliations

• Bachelors degree with Accounting or Finance major
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft office products
• An understanding of core accounting principles including P & L and Balance Sheets
• A capacity and desire to be agile in a fast paced environment
• Proven ability to plan organise and deliver results on time in a fastpaced environment
