In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Instabox and Budbee two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.
Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.
About the role
As the Analytics Manager for Instabees Swedish market you will be the driving force behind datadriven decisionmaking for our largest market. Reporting to the Head of Business Control & Analytics in the Swedish Leadership Team youll work handson to transform data into actionable insights that shape our strategy and performance. In this highimpact role youll have the opportunity to directly influence our business direction by uncovering opportunities solving complex challenges and ensuring data is leveraged to its full potential.
With responsibility for 12 direct reports you will lead analytics initiatives across the Swedish organization. Youll partner closely with multiple teams to support their data needs from identifying growth opportunities to optimizing processes. This role is ideal for the datasavvy and businessminded doer who really wants to see improvements through to the end.
Key responsibilities
Lead Swedish analytics: Own and drive analytics for the Swedish market as the goto data expert for strategic and operational decisionmaking. Mentor and guide a small team fostering a collaborative environment.
Tackle complex problems with actionable solutions: Dig into unrefined data to analyze complex challenges troubleshoot issues and deliver actionable solutions that improve performance.
Engage crossfunctional stakeholders: Work closely with teams across the organization understanding their unique challenges and data needs. Present findings in a clear accessible manner ensuring insights are understood and acted upon by leaders and teams alike.
Enhance data accessibility: Proactively explore new data sources and improve data accessibility across the organization (e.g. Tableau dashboards) while also teaching teams to become more selfsufficient in accessing and using data to make faster more informed decisions.
About you
Youre a seasoned analytics professional with a passion for turning data into value. Youre comfortable rolling up your sleeves and digging into unrefined data to answer complex questions. Youre businesssavvy understanding how data insights can drive better decisionmaking and add value across the organization.
You excel at collaborating with both technical and nontechnical audiences translating analysis into real improvements. Your curiosity and focus on actionable results make you a trusted partner for stakeholders at all levels. Desired Qualifications
Bachelors degree within engineering information technology finance economics or other relevant field
Experience solving complex business problems and presenting solutions to senior management
>4 years working experience out of which at least 2 years in dataheavy environment
Experience working with data processing tools including frontend visualization tools (e.g. Tableau PowerBI PowerPoint Google Slides) and generic tools (e.g. SQL Python Excel/Google Sheets)
