Qualification Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field.

Job Description

Produce the periodic statements for the reporting:

o Manage data in SAP to be able to produce an accurate monthly production report.

o Edit the stock of raw materials and semifinished products control stocks and analyze discrepancies.

o Estimate product costs to support quoting activities.

o Edit control the stock of finished products and calculate obsolescence.

o Calculate the obsolescence of cutters purchased consigned and reclaimed.

o Recalculate PPVs.

Supervise & Control Accounting closings:

o Manage monthend closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for site.

o Manage the inventories with respect of the inventory procedures.

o Control and manage the inventories of raw materials in progress and finished products on the site.

o Control and manage the inventories of fixed assets on the site.

o Reconcile these inventories with the accounts.

o Perform reconciliations between accounting statements and results from reporting and dashboards.

Assist the Plant Manager and other Managers in the analysis and monitoring of indicators:

o Present the report during the monthly meeting and analyze variances and communicates explanations to management.

o Support and challenge the operational teams in the management of their activity and identify and propose corrective measures to improve profitability.

o Help them if necessary to develop analysis tables (data from SAP setting up an Excel table).

o Monitor and implement plant internal controls (in conjunction with corporate policies) as necessary to ensure reporting integrity safeguard company assets and identify risks.

o Advise the plant manager in the development or revision of the annual budget and for the improvement of management methods having an impact on the economic and financial performance of the company.

o Realize a monthly forecast.

Develop Management Procedures and Tools:

o Set up procedures and management tools.

o Develop reporting and internal procedures according to group requests.

o Design business dashboards.

o Answer to requests from internal and external auditors during periodic audits.

Experience:

General accounting.

SAP proficiency.

Excel and office tools.

Manufacturing processes knowledge.

Ability to demonstrate strong technical proficiency sound reasoning analytical and problemsolving skills.

Ability to manage budget and forecast techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection.

Ability to comprehend and communicate accurately clearly and concisely in English.
