Job Title: Data Program Lead
Location: Tempe AZ (Remote)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate is W2 $85/hr W2
Rate: $150.00 Per Hour C2C All Inclusive

New Capgemini Onboarding Process Updates:
Due to additional onboarding requirements a meet and greet is required for all new hires.
Selected Candidate must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini/Client office location as indicated by the project team to meet and greet with a Capgemini team member prior to starting their assignment.
If the candidate is not local Capgemini will pay the expenses.
Job Description:
Preferred candidates will have previous experience in Data Lead.
Demonstrated project leadership in the Implementation roadmaps.
MUST Have:
Work with Dev Team to define the Data Load Scope.
Develop a Data Load Timelines Journey Map aligning to the Project Timelines.
Coordinate the Data Mapping Exercise with Business.
Provide all the required support for Informatica Development team to complete the development.
Develop the Data Cut Over Activities in coordination with the Data Team and Business.
Lead the data load Execution.
Understand the data model & help finding fall out reasons from both informatica and data loader and guide the data and business team until fixing the issues.
Work with Business & guide business and data team until closure.
Coordinate the Data Validation for the Data Load Team.
Deep dive in Data validation.
Deep dive in Data UAT.
Deep dive in data iterations.
Develop Data tracker.
Be able to talk in data language.
