Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
SIGNING BONUS OF $510K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. In this role you will provide restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services to participants at our center and in their homes. You will work under the direction of an occupational therapist to maximize participant independence safety and enhance performance of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Essential Job Duties:

Administer participants treatment programs as established by the occupational therapist

Assist the occupational therapist in obtaining vital signs range of motion and strength testing

Coordinate with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement activities and programs based on the participants individual treatment plans

Handle scheduling of participants treatment clinical visits and billing

Track and maintain maintenance for equipment

Deliver and document occupational therapy interventions in accordance with the Occupational Therapists established care plans
Job Requirements:

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Accredited Program

Valid California Occupational Therapy Assistant License or proof of License Eligibility

Minimum of two (2) years of Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population
