Description:
We are seeking a productfocused fullstack engineer to help revolutionize the recruiting industry. This role offers complete ownership of building products that delight users with a focus on speed and iteration. Your contributions will be pivotal as we aim to scale from $450K to $4.5M in monthly GMV over the next year. This position has potential growth into a Head of Product role.
What Were Looking For:
- A productminded engineer passionate about customers and business impact with an eye for elegant design and seamless interactions.
- 2 years of fullstack experience owning endtoend product development.
- A builders mindset: Youve worked in earlystage startups or love tinkering and hacking on projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
- Drive and passion for creating highquality work.
- Bonus: Experience in the talent and recruiting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Ship highquality products rapidly.
- Work crossfunctionally with product and engineering to execute the roadmap.
- Own the design development testing and release of userfacing features.
- Lead development of products for recruiters clients and candidates.
- Be both a product and growthdriven engineer
