Junior Attorney
Los Angeles CA
Full Time Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding legal counsel on labor and employmentrelated matters including:
- Human resources issues
- Wage and hour compliance
- Unemployment claims and state agency disputes
- Labor relations and employee benefits
- Employment agreements and policy development
- Employment litigation and grievances
- Draft and prepare legal documents on behalf of clients.
- Assess legal risks and opportunities in labor and employment matters providing sound advice.
- Negotiate and facilitate settlements for legal disputes.
- Educate clients and stakeholders on legal matters policies and procedures.
- Manage administrative and operational tasks associated with legal practice.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of substantial litigation experience.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing various legal documents.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
