We are seeking an Banking Service Operations Representative to join one of our premier clients providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role is focused on assisting both clients and Regional Bank Product Managers with various tasks such as account maintenance troubleshooting online banking issues processing deposit applications and handling mortgage loan modification requests. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive toptier service while supporting the banks mission to deliver outstanding customer care.
- Location: Henderson NV (Remote with 3 days onsite per month subject to change).
- Duration: 6 months with potential extension based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process deposit applications with attention to detail ensuring accuracy of data documents and client identification.
- Resolve client issues and requests communicated via phone or email collaborating with Regional Bank Product Managers and vendors as needed.
- Assist clients with setting up online banking and answer any inquiries related to deposit or mortgage accounts.
- Maintain accurate client authentication data in all systems and databases ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to offer relevant services or products to clients.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Follow TFSBs established policies and procedures suggesting improvements where appropriate to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry sending disclosures and ensuring accurate documentation for loan modifications.
- Work closely with Field Managers and clients providing white glove service with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain regular attendance prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications:
- 25 years of experience in the banking or finance industry with a focus on customer service and mortgage lending.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively via phone and email.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- High School diploma required.
