Job Description
Any candidate that resides within 60 miles of Quad City locations; Rock Island Moline Muscatine & Bettendorf will not be considered for a travel contract.

EMR EPIC
Multipliers: 1.25x with 2 hr CB minimum
Requirement description :
- Must have 1 year of clinical OR experience
- Must have experience in the Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Ortho general orthospine neuro urology pediatrics some gyn procedures some larger ENT procedures.
- Must Scrub and Circulate
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Illinois
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : compact RN or single state IA RN license required can submit application during onboarding
Weekend Requirements : Every 3rd4th Weekend (24 hours)
On Call Requirements : 12 times per week between the hours of 5:00pm6:30am. Call is shared on the weekends with the Moline Campus
