(ARRT CRT BLS ACLS etc) RDMS registerd in Abd OB/Gyn or vascular ND State Licensure required. 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone Is call required If so how often Are weekends required) Will work alone call may be requiredweeknights and weekends may be needed shifts may vary 6:30am3:00pm 7:00am3:30pm 7:30am4:00pm 8:30am5:00pm 1:00pm9:00pm 6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so to which units/departments) NA 7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 6 exam rooms 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) NA 9. Comments:Shift will vary maybe days evening weekends and on call. Requirements: All vascular (high volume need vascular experience) OB/GYN small parts abdomen and pediatric Performed ultrasound preferably for 35 years Needs to have scanned all modalities on a routine basis Will orientate to machines and department for at least a week. Will be signed off on exams when staff feels competent with exam and our guidelines. Must be able to work independently and communicate well with others.
