Job Description
Memorial Belleville is looking for a new GI physician.
2 weeks of coverage needed monthly starting 1/13/2025
Schedule is 24hr On Call Daily to include 8 hours of patient contact callback hours after 8 hours.

Onsite X Rays
EMR EPIC/Provation for GI procedure documentation

Orientation 4 hrs paid
Holiday rate is 1.4x
Rates to submit: Orientation On Call Daily to include 8 hours of Patient Contact and call back (1.4x for holiday rate) conversion rate
Expenses:
Hotel Not to exceed xx200/night
Flight reimbursed coach ticket if distance is > 150 miles
Mileage reimbursed if distance is < 150 miles
Client is not responsible for meals laundry dry cleaning telephone tv or entertainment
Requirement description : Submission Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Strong preference for BC or a set date for testing for taking the boards. REQUIRED
- IL state license REQUIRED no exceptions
- Covid Vaccination REQUIRED
- Rates to submit: Orientation On Call Daily to include 8 hours of patient contact call back conversion (holiday is 1.4x)
- DEA Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS
- BLS
- Board Certified
