Job Title: Sales Manager – Business Loan and Personal Loan

Reports To: Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of Business Loans and Personal Loans. The ideal candidate will manage a sales team drive loan sales build client relationships and ensure sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets for business and personal loans. Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients offering tailored loan solutions and expert guidance on loan products.
- Team Development: Train and mentor the sales team ensuring they meet performance expectations and stay informed on product offerings.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance provide forecasts and report progress to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure loan sales adhere to legal regulatory and internal guidelines. Collaborate with underwriting to assess risk and creditworthiness.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales including 2 years in leadership roles in loans or financial services.
- Skills: Strong sales negotiation leadership and communication skills. Proficient in CRM software and loan management tools.
