Profile: HR Manager
Experience: A minimum of 34 years of experience in an HR Manager role is required. Applicants with experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with a companys business goals will be preferred.
Roles:
The HR Manager oversees talent management employee engagement and policy adherence. She fosters a positive inclusive culture and drives HR initiatives that support the companys mission of advancing sustainable energy utilizing strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* As an HR Manager you will not only be an integral part of the HR function but you will be expected to lead it.
* Your core duties will include overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
* You will be in charge of developing policies and directing and coordinating human resources activities such as employment compensation labor relations benefits training and employee services.
