Job Description
Scrum Master with baseline clearance Canberra/Sydney
- Agile Coaching: Mentor and train teams on agile methodologies tools and practices to foster an agile mindset and improve delivery outcomes.
- Delivery Planning: Develop and maintain delivery backlogs leveraging DevOps processes for task tracking effort estimation and topdown planning.
- Progress Visibility: Ensure transparency by delivering detailed reports and dashboards on work status and progress.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to align on priorities identify opportunities and drive delivery success.
- Agile Facilitation: Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily scrums retrospectives and reviews ensuring the creation and upkeep of agile artefacts.
- Release Management: Plan and coordinate multiple releases ensuring resources and schedules are optimised.
- Risk and Change Management: Identify risks and opportunities implement change strategies and monitor outcomes to promote continuous improvement.
- Operating Models: Design and implement agile working models tailored to organisational and contextual needs.
- Problem Solving: Resolve complex challenges using expertise and assess alternative approaches with their implications.
- Negotiation and Alignment: Negotiate deliverables workflows and support requirements to meet project goals.
- Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate skills transfer and continuous learning within teams and across the organisation.
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts is advantageous.

- Hybrid work location in Sydney/Canberra
