Job Description

Charters Choice Educational Services (CCES)

CCES is a NonPublic agency that provides special education services to charter schools school districts clinics and private clients. Our main headquarters are located in Los Angeles County South Bay. CCES services a variety of counties including Northern California Los Angeles Ventura San Bernardino Riverside and Orange.

At CCES we are committed to training our staff and providers through professional development individual consultations and mentoring. We recruit some of the best professionals in their respective specialties to offer exceptional services to our clients and serve students and families.

We are hiring for the following positions:
Occupational Therapist

  • Parttime or contracted travel to areas such as Inland Empire Whittier Long Beach Pasadena
  • 2030 hrs weekly
  • Compensation: $60 $70 per hour (DOE)

Job Description:

  • CCES Occupational Therapists provide individualized small group therapy and teletherapy services to students with special needs as well as inperson assessments (when requested).
  • Generate student progress reports
  • Navigate the special education system (Welligent SEIS)
  • Complete assessments reports and IEP attendance

Candidates should meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  • License/certification in occupational therapy
  • Must clear background check through the BCI/FBI
  • A current TB Test (within the last year)

Additional Qualifications (based on location):

  • At least 2 years experience working with students with special needs in a school setting
  • Familiarity with completing OT assessments writing present levels of performance generating IEP goals and presenting reports

Benefits for Employees:

  • After 90 days of probation employees (working 30 hrs weekly) will be eligible for medical and dental plans as well as optional participation in the companys 401K Plan.
