Oracle HCM (with ORC exp)
- Candidate should be experienced writing Functional Design Documents Configuration Workbooks and Test Documents.
- Candidate should have experience with the requirements to release cycle.
- Candidate should be used to working with business representatives to understand issues and requirements both in person and remotely.
- Candidate should have experience producing content and running sessions to educate around new feature or functionality roll out.
- Candidate should be used to working both independently and as part of a team including supporting junior resources.
Candidate should be self motivated able to work to timelines and requirements.
- Candidate should have implemented or supported the ongoing configuration/development of Oracle ORC with at least two lifecycles.
- Candidate should have detailed level of knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and its connections to HCM .
