We are seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service that meets our brand standards. As a Service Supervisor you will be responsible for coaching and developing service staff creating a positive and productive work environment and ensuring service runs smoothly during peak hours. You will greet guests warmly and professionally address their inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously and upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue. Additionally you will ensure the dining area is clean presentable and wellstocked at all times and comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and providing exceptional service.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in restaurant pointofsale systems.
