The successful candidate will assist in the management of complaints errors and breaches and will complete additional adhoc tasks when required.
Duties
Manage workload efficiently and proactively complete tasks within agreed timeframes
Ensure work is completed in a controlled compliant timely and accurate manner with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide a highquality administration function and proactively manage complaints errors and breach events within strict regulatory timelines.
Draft and issue letters to customers within required timeframes.
Log and track complaint error and breach investigations in line with internal procedures.
Ensure procedures are adhered to when completing assigned tasks.
Provide ongoing support to team members and management.
Assist line manager and colleagues with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in residential mortgages and / or an operational environment.
Previous experience in complaint and error investigation would be necessary
Expert in MS office products (Microsoft Word and Excel is essential).
Relevant third level qualification or professional equivalent.
Minimum of APA in Housing Loans with QFA being desirable.
Excellent numeracy and data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
Results focused with a proven ability to meet challenging deadlines.
Good time management and strong organisational skills.
Conscientious and selfmotivated with the ability to work on their own initiative or as part of a team.
Strong administrative and letter writing skills.
