Job Description
YOUR ROLE
- Microsoft Windows 10&11 (AD UEM SCCM) Office 365 Teams Mobile Device Management (iOS & Android) Citrix (XenApp XenDesktop)
- Managing and Maintaining the Network Infrastructure under supervision of the Network Team (SDWAN SDAccess wireless Infrastructure) and Network Troubleshooting (2nd Level)
- Maintain and update the network diagram in collaboration with the network team
- Managing and Maintaining the Systems infrastructure together with the Systems Team (ESX)
- Managing and Maintaining the Printing infrastructure
- Installation of Laptops Desktops Servers Switches
- Troubleshoot and replace Laptops Desktops and its components
- Update and maintain the Software and Hardware Inventory
- Assist in the budget process and manage contracts and negotiations with local vendors
- Oversee contractor s installation and maintenance of computer hardware during office moves
- Advise users on relevant hardware and software usage
- Provide support to the banks Independent Asset Managers in the region
- Create update and maintain documentation wiki
- Participate in the implementation & deployment of group projects;
- Participate in the Business Continuity Plan and be a point of contact in case of BCP invocationve
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
- 5years experience in similar function ideally as IT technical support
- Degree in Computer Science engineering or relevant field and certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
- Willingness to continuously learn and high interest in new technologies
- Excellent knowledge in installing maintaining and troubleshooting computers running Windows 10 & 11
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Teams
- Good understanding of the OSI model and Enterprise Network Infrastructure or willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of Apple and Android mobile devices
- High readiness to get things done
- Very good organization skills and ability to work independently and to be a great team player
- Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and French is required
