Job Description
C Software Engineer
Location: San Diego CA (Onsite)
Citizenship: US Citizens only
Rate: $7075/hour. 6month contract
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining complex software applications for our clients products and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of C programming Socket API programming and experience working in both Linux and Windows environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement C software solutions.
- Utilize Socket API programming for network communication in Linux and Windows.
- Collaborate on the design modification and testing of application software for Windows 10 and embedded Linux platforms.
- Recommend and implement testing strategies and tools for multiprocessor applications.
- Analyze and document test results.
- Research and develop engineering designs and specifications based on project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software hardware and operating system issues.
- Adhere to and support software engineering processes and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or master s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in C software development.
- Strong proficiency in Socket API programming for Linux and Windows.
- Proven experience in full software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
