Required Qualifications
- Proven mortgage banking branch management and customer service experience.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Indepth knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and mortgage software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or related field.
- NMLS or other relevant industry certifications.
- Proven sales and revenue generation track record.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
