As a Branch Manager you will lead your team to success by overseeing daily operations driving strategic growth and ensuring compliance. This role is perfect for experienced mortgage banking professionals who thrive in a commissionbased environment and excel at building strong client relationships.
- Branch Operations: Manage daily branch activities ensuring compliance and efficiency.

- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance service quality.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to all regulatory standards.
- Strategic Growth: Leverage data insights to implement growth strategies.
- Proven mortgage banking branch management and customer service experience.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Indepth knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and mortgage software.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or related field.
- NMLS or other relevant industry certifications.
- Proven sales and revenue generation track record.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
