v Executing and implementing endtoend ESG and sustainability projects ensuring successful outcomes and adherence to goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: Lead the development analysis and reporting of ESG metrics and sustainability KPIs.

Understand and apply frameworks like BRSR and GHG Inventory in reporting. Emissions Calculation:

Measure and analyze Scope 1 2 and 3 emissions. Develop strategies for emissions reduction and optimization.

ESG Benchmarking: Evaluate and benchmark current ESG practices against industry best practices and standards.

ESG Strategy Development: Formulate and guide the ESG strategy for the organization ensuring alignment with global sustainability goals and initiatives.

Sustainable Finance: Provide insights into sustainable financing options and guide the financial team in adopting them.

Project Execution: Lead the endtoend execution of ESG and sustainabilityrelated projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the highest standards.

Net Zero & Energy Efficiency: Guide the organization towards achieving Net Zero targets. Recommend and implement energy efficiency measures.

Sustainable Supply Chain: Develop and manage a sustainable supply chain strategy ensuring vendors and partners align with our sustainability goals. SBTI Targets &

Bio Diversity: Work on setting meeting and exceeding ScienceBased Targets Initiative (SBTI) goals. Advocate for and integrate biodiversity into our sustainability initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including regulatory bodies to advance ESG goals.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in ESG and sustainability trends technologies and best practices to drive innovation in our projects.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Sustainability Business or related field.
