We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented FullTime Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. Previous experience preferred but not required. Requirements
Duties:
- Answering customer service product sales and inquiry phone calls
- Resolving customer concerns via phone and email
- Processing invoices and payments
- Working with our virtual assistant employee
- Handling miscellaneous emails and inquiries
- Additional responsibilities including miscellaneous requests
Qualifications:
- Experience with Excel and Quicklooks helpful but not required
- Good phone communication skills required
- Experience in customer support and client services helpful but not required
- Skilled in data entry and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle outbound calls and stand your ground when necessary
