Position: Waitress
Number of Positions: 3
Location: Nanyuki
Industry: Hospitality
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
Respond to guest inquiries requests and feedback courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and the dining area.
Process bills and handle payments accurately.
Adhere to health safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
