Position: Waiter
Number of Positions: 5
Location: Nanyuki
Industry: Hospitality
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Address guest inquiries requests and complaints with a positive attitude.
Ensure tables are properly set and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Process payments and provide accurate billing.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
