Job Description
As a ServiceNow Specialist you will:
- Develop and implement new ServiceNow reports and dashboards tailored to customer requirements from initiation to completion.
- Create analytics to enhance existing ServiceNow reports automating and improving business processes.
- Understand detailed requirements and own your reports through design implementation testing and delivery of highquality solutions.
- Design quality features with a forwardthinking approach to application evolution.
- Solve complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
- Maintain a strong focus on report quality and reusability.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience including 3 to 5 years specifically in ServiceNow Reporting especially in the Platform Analytics area.
- Expertise in developing complex reports and dashboards using the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform capabilities and its integration with external data sources and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in understanding business needs standardizing processes and transforming customer requirements into highlevel reporting solutions.
- Solid understanding of serviceoriented architecture software application architecture and data structures.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in developing simple to complex customerfacing ServiceNow applications (a plus).
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in Platform Analytics (preferred).
- ServiceNow Admin Certification (preferred).
